Position yourself in-between two large speakers, turn it up, shut your eyes and breathe through each meditation.

Active participation with your own standing bell, template block, gong, laughter, phaser, reverb or similar is encouraged.

These Meditations were created with hand gestures via Meng Qi Sidraw, Sidrolz5, Sigil X-Rollz & BugBrand CTL1, and captured to tape by Dr. S.
